About the Role

This is an opportunity for a law graduate or someone with experience in property law to work on conveyancing files from start to finish.


Main Responsibilities
  • Manage conveyancing files independently, providing support where needed
  • Provide advice on standard and off-the-plan contracts, utilizing knowledge of complex transfers such as related party transfers and part tenancy transfers
  • Liaise with real estate agents, banks, and clients via phone and email

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong willingness to learn and provide exceptional client service, with confidence in building rapport with clients and other professionals
  • Ability to manage deadlines and priorities accurately, ensuring dependable attendance and completion of accurate work
  • Attention to detail and efficient data entry skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude, presentation, and phone manner, backed by sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to think critically
