Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and manage service bookings efficiently
  • Communicate complex mechanical issues clearly and effectively
  • Liaise between technicians and customers for timely updates
  • Prepare accurate repair orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise productivity
  • Build strong relationships by providing outstanding customer care
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge or previous mechanical experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while staying organised
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with attention to detail
  • Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence
