Quality managers play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. We are seeking an experienced quality manager to lead and drive our quality, safety, and continuous improvement framework.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our clinical governance framework, leading the design, rollout, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives, analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, reporting quality outcomes to stakeholders, and providing strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance.

  • Support the ongoing implementation of our clinical governance framework
  • Lead and drive design, rollout, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Report quality outcomes to stakeholders
  • Provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management or quality
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Working knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
  • Experience with quality systems, SharePoint/Intranet, and risk/incident management tools
  • Strong background in developing and delivering training in the area of quality and safety, and working collaboratively with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to build a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement and compliance
  • Expertise in document standardisation and control, internal audit, compliance, and process mapping
  • Proven analytical and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus
