As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in providing strategic support to Clinicians within our virtual health services. This will ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols; drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance, direction, and education to Virtual Health Clinicians (Registered Nurses and General Practitioners working across the GP Helpline and Healthdirect/NURSE-ON-CALL helplines).
- Be accountable for planning and coordinating services relating to specific client groups or patients in the practice setting, as delegated by our Clinical Workforce Lead and Clinical Operations Lead.
- Act as a role model in the provision of holistic care to patients or clients in the practice setting.
- Assist in the management of action research projects and participate in quality assurance programs and policy development within the practice setting.
- You must be based in Australia.
- A registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the healthcare system and maintain an unrestricted registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrate a contemporary knowledge and experience of Healthdirect Virtual Health Services.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
