Client Support Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry where every day is different.

As a client support specialist, you will have the chance to make a real impact by delivering tailored solutions and adding genuine value for clients across Australia. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the aviation industry, working closely with operators, service providers, and insurers both within Australia and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior brokers with daily account management tasks for aviation clients.
  • Assist with servicing existing accounts while also collaborating with prospective clients to grow the client base.
  • Facilitate communication with insurers to manage insurance placements and policy changes.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service across Australia.
  • Build strong and trusted connections with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
  • Represent the business professionally during client visits and networking events.
Requirements:
  • Experience in aviation insurance is advantageous but not required; candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a personable and approachable style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment that requires attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with insurance systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
