Administrative Support Specialist for Aged Care Services

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SA Health. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, providing comprehensive support to senior executives, and leveraging their exceptional communication and organizational skills to streamline processes.
About You- You possess proven experience in office management and administrative support, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and various office equipment.
- You can handle confidential information with discretion and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating calendars, arranging travel, and providing administrative support to senior executives. They will also be required to:
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency in administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary range of $76,561 - $80,256 per annum.
- Salary packaging options to save money on everyday expenses.
- Relocation assistance for interstate or overseas applicants.
