About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the F&T sales process from start to finish, liaising with clients daily from the Quoting stage of Frame and Truss products through to the delivery of finished goods to building sites.

A proactive approach is required to build strong long-term partnerships with Bunnings' Building Customers while identifying future opportunities for key areas of the Bunnings Commercial business.

This role involves working with Microsoft products and Salesforce CCRM software as part of a large team on-site in Minto Sydney.

With the rapid expansion of F&T manufacturing across Australia, this position offers pathways into leadership roles, Quoting, Estimation, Account Management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and Action Inbound Calls and Emails
  • Liaise with multiple Stakeholders & Build Long Standing Relationships
  • Build Customer Profiles through our CCRM software
  • Project Manage Client Accounts and Identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly driven individual with the ability to understand quotes and estimates for building materials.

Proactive, organized, and strong time-management skills are essential, along with excellent customer communication skills both written and verbal.

Previous customer service experience is desirable, although a passion for construction, engineering, or DIY is advantageous.
