Atkore’s Internal Sales Representative Role
We are seeking a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Atkore. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive great service and quality products on time.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email, addressing inquiries about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
- Generate and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure customer sales orders are correctly entered into our system daily.
- Collaborate with external sales colleagues to exchange information on competitor activity, selling strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Forward received quotations to the appropriate external sales employee.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum years of experience in Customer Service and or Sales.
- Experience with sales methodology.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities and tasks when required.
