Atkore’s Internal Sales Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Atkore. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive great service and quality products on time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email, addressing inquiries about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
  • Generate and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer sales orders are correctly entered into our system daily.
  • Collaborate with external sales colleagues to exchange information on competitor activity, selling strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Forward received quotations to the appropriate external sales employee.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum years of experience in Customer Service and or Sales.
  • Experience with sales methodology.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities and tasks when required.
