Job Role:

The HR Leadership and Strategy Executive is responsible for overseeing the company's payroll processes, employee lifecycle, and compliance related to payroll, employment contracts, and workplace safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll operations using cloud-based accounting systems
  • Implement effective employee scheduling and time tracking solutions
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution
  • Oversee employee records and HR system maintenance
  • Provide strategic support to senior management on HR-related matters
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll and HR systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR leadership and strategy
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and workforce management software
  • Proficiency in HR compliance, communication, and problem-solving skills
