We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our BMA Learning, Capability and Compliance team as a Specialist Learning, Capability and Compliance (Governance).

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Superintendent Learning Strategy, Systems and Compliance to ensure the governance of training requirements and compliance across the Asset.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing system audits and governance reviews, assessing and supporting the processing of cases, and ensuring a high quality of service to our customers.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, implementing changes to our Training Management System, and sourcing information to support evidence-based decision making.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in training management, governance, and compliance.

You will have a deep understanding of BHP's Learning Management System and training management processes, as well as knowledge of training-related legislative requirements and safety and health management systems.

You will be a customer-focused individual with a passion for continuous improvement, able to interpret data to support decision making and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
