The role of a Night Security Officer is critical in ensuring the safety and security of our building during overnight hours.
Night Security OfficerThis part-time position involves working from 9.00pm to 5.30am on Friday and Saturday nights, providing a secure environment for residents, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor CCTV footage to observe and respond to any suspicious activity.
- Ensure the entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitors are controlled and managed.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain security standards.
- Address noise complaints and disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include enforcing compliance with building by-laws and house rules, providing concierge-style service, and maintaining detailed duty logs and incident reports.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a well-groomed and professional appearance, and the ability to work independently.
