Job Responsibilities
- Receptionist duties: answering phones, receiving deliveries, sending parcels, and general housekeeping of the office.
- Bookkeeping tasks: accounts receivable, reconciliation of payments, contacting overdue debtors, and accounts payable.
- Data entry: Xero, job management software, and other administrative systems.
- Assisting the estimator with tasks such as retrieving documents from invitation to tender emails, placing them into the job file, printing plans, quantifying spreadsheets, and liaising with suppliers.
Requirements
- Qualification in Project Administration or similar.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
- NSW driver's license.
- Working with children's check (WCC).
Benefits
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year + Super.
- Annual performance-based bonus.

- Full-time employment – Mon to Fri, 9 am – 5 pm.
