**About Ronika**

In business since 1996, Ronika is proudly Australian owned and operated. We have been operating as Electrical, Data and Security Contractors in NSW for nearly 20 years, and pride ourselves on exceeding our client’s expectations through great customer service, competitive pricing and industry knowledge.

Innovation drives our business, and we are constantly trialling and researching the latest products so we can operate more efficiently and, as a supplier, offer our clients the most up to date and efficient products on the market.

We operate predominantly in and around Sydney’s Inner West/Western Suburbs and our premium clients include the NSW Department of Health, Western Sydney Parklands and Knight Frank.

**About the position**

We're a small but growing team, and this is a great opportunity for a suitably skilled and experienced electrical professional to be part of our future success.

The role itself is hands-on and client facing. Operating predominantly in industrial/commercial environments, our work is interesting, challenging and highly satisfying. Diagnosing and resolving problems is a significant part of the role.

This role offers all of the challenge and satisfaction you can expect as a professional, experienced and capable electrical supervisor. Our services range from installation and maintenance of light and power, CCTV security and alarm systems, access control, traffic and pedestrian management systems, through to motor control, motors and pumps. In addition to commercial and industrial environments, we also frequently undertake work on heritage sites. If you’re looking for variety, this may well be the role for you

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need solid experience across a variety of environments, services and systems (5+ years experience is indicative). Industrial and/or commercial experience is a must, as is the ability to operate independently after your initial induction/orientation.

A moderate level of physical fitness and capability is required to meet the requirements of the role, including ladder work, working in roof spaces and subfloors.

Experience with MS Office software is also required.

In terms of personal attributes, we’re seeking an energetic, self-motivated person who thrives on problem-solving and using logic and critical thinking to solve problems. You have a strong interest in technology and are keen to understand both why and how things work.

Importantly, you’ll also be a team player who is able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and you’ll be highly-focused on providing support that exceeds expectations.

In return, we offer a supportive team environment, a significant focus on professional development and competitive remuneration with overtime and a trade vehicle. As mentioned, there’s also opportunity to, over time, take on supervisor responsibilities and contribute to the future direction of the business.
