The role of the Project Officer involves contributing to the delivery of projects and policies that support social change in the community sector.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement projects that address the needs of disadvantaged and marginalised communities. Your strong public policy, community development, or community service delivery experience will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the community services sector.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects that address the needs of disadvantaged and marginalised communities.
- Provide high-quality policy advice and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project outcomes and objectives.
- Relevant qualifications in human services, social services, public policy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years' experience working in a relevant policy environment.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong networks and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills.
- Flexible working hours and a collaborative, friendly work culture.

- SCHADS award Level 4 with above award salary.
- Possess relevant qualifications in human services, social services, public policy, or a related discipline OR a minimum of three years' experience working in a relevant policy environment.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong networks and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills, and experience in producing high-quality written materials including reports, briefing papers, and correspondence.
- Must be willing to obtain a current Police Check.
- Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
Understanding of the Aged Care sector and experience using the DEX system is advantageous.
