As a Burek Maker at Alexander's Bakery Southside, you will have the unique opportunity to learn the art of hand-making burek, a traditional Macedonian pastry that has been passed down through generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and handle ingredients with care, ensuring the highest quality of our products.
- Stretch, shape, and fill pastry dough with various delicious fillings.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with our team to meet production targets and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Baking background required; professional or at home (if at home detail your baking passions and home bakes in resume)
- A passion for food and a willingness to learn and improve your skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
