About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will be working with individuals with disabilities, providing personalized support and care to enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living support to clients as required
  • Assist clients with their daily activities, such as meal preparation, shopping, and transportation
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families and other professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.

Other Information:
