The role requires effective leadership of the construction team, forecasting and programming, procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
Mitigating and reporting incidences, audits, and reporting are essential tasks.
The Foreman will report directly to the Area Supervisor and be responsible for the successful delivery of civil construction and subdivision projects.
