THE ROLE
Forecasting and programming
Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Efficient and economic use of resources
Effective leadership of the construction team
Start-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
Mitigating and reporting incidences
Audits and reporting
Referring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
The Foreman will report directly to the Area Supervisor.
The Foreman is responsible for the successful delivery of civil construction and sub-division projects by ensuring labour, subcontractors, equipment and material are effectively managed.
ABOUT YOU, HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
Significant civil construction experience in bulk earthworks, subdivision projects and land development
Experience in working with authorities, such as local councils and Government Authorities
Excellent client relationship management
Strong communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
