We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team as a Medical Receptionist.
About the RoleThis part-time position will be rostered Monday to Friday on shifts between 9am and 2pm.
- Managing phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner is crucial for this role.
- Front of house reception and greeting patients upon arrival requires strong interpersonal skills.
- Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers is an essential part of this position.
- Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required demands accuracy and attention to detail.
- Entering and updating patient registration details requires organisation and time management skills.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable reception area is vital for providing excellent patient care.
