We are seeking a skilled professional to manage claims portfolios and provide high-level customer service to injured team members.
Main Responsibilities- Manage claims within legislative and business requirements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and timely returns to work.
- Offer trusted advice and guidance on claims processes, supporting stakeholders in the development of claim strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective claims management approaches.
- Conduct regular reviews and case conferences to ensure the efficient resolution of claims.
- Significant experience in workers compensation or insurance, with a strong understanding of VIC Workers Compensation Legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Tertiary qualification or training in an allied health field, enhancing knowledge and skills in claims management.
- Familiarity with TAS or SA Workers Compensation Legislation, providing scope for adaptable claims management.
