Job Title:

IT Service Continuity Specialist

About the Role

This role has been created to provide expertise in IT Service Continuity optimization and transformation. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of management methodologies, techniques, practices, processes, and procedures to ensure process control and risk mitigation efforts are proactive, efficient, and result in high service stability.

The specialist will work closely with the Major Incident Manager, providing back-up support for out-of-hours work.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and document Service Management policies, processes, and methodologies.

- Provide expert advice on IT Service Continuity optimization and transformation.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to design processes, build them, roll them out, and execute reporting functions.

Requirements

- Solid experience in successful transformation, optimization, and improvement of IT Service Management techniques, practices, processes with metrics, data, and impact statements as evidence.

- Experience in Major Incident Management.

- Strong communication skills with a client focus (internal and external).

- Collaboration, workshop facilitation, problem framing, and storytelling skills.
