Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to rural customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer support services and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience: Substantial work experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a rural or regional setting.
- Qualifications: Equivalent to a Certificate III/IV or secondary education with relevant vocational training.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset.
