Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mackay. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

In this role, you will utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations. You will evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness. This may involve performing assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise and being responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.

You will engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives. Our ideal candidate will have professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, and a current Working with Children Check. They will also be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
