- You will utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to relevant parties as required.
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
