Job Title: Finance Operations Specialist

This role is suitable for a meticulous finance professional who excels in a dynamic, collaborative work environment and possesses a solid understanding of full-cycle financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire finance function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in accordance with established company policies
  • Perform regular cash and account reconciliations
  • Coordinate and execute check runs with precision and efficiency
  • Conduct invoice research and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with external partners
  • Leverage Excel (including V-lookups and Pivot Tables) for reporting, data analysis, and financial support tasks
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of direct experience in finance operations
  • High volume invoice experience
  • Proficient in resolving invoice discrepancies and performing reconciliations
  • Solid knowledge of finance functions including check runs and invoice tracking
  • Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables required)
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
