Carolina PRG is partnering with a dynamic company in the property and asset management space to identify a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their growing finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a solid foundation in full-cycle accounts payable operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in accordance with internal policies
  • Perform regular cash and account reconciliations
  • Coordinate and execute check runs with accuracy and efficiency
  • Conduct invoice research and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with external partners
  • Leverage Excel (including V-lookups and Pivot Tables) for reporting, data analysis, and financial support tasks

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable
  • High volume invoice experience
  • Proficient in resolving invoice discrepancies and performing reconciliations
  • Solid knowledge of AP functions including check runs and invoice tracking
  • Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables required)
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
