Job Title: Experienced Project Coordinator

Role Overview
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team in managing important project changes within the Destroyer Capability Enhancement Program.

Key Responsibilities
  
  • Preparation of plans, proposals, and responses to change requests through collaboration across the DCE program to develop an accurate view of the impact of project change.
  • Ensuring that change sentenced through the change IPT's are processed in a timely manner to support delivery and scope control.
  • Application of a consistent approach to managing change requests in accordance with the change management plan, supporting the delivery of a standardised and repeatable project change management framework.
  • Maintenance of the change team dashboard to ensure all change requests contain key information required for analysis, reporting, and audit purposes.

Requirements
  To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Previous experience in project management.
  • Experience in developing project plans, bids, or proposals.
  • Awareness of configuration control and/or change management.
  • Ability to partner with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to obtain the necessary deliverables.
  • Experience in major defence or construction projects.
  • Experience using PLM tools and other ERP tools.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • NV1 Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain, in addition to eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations.
