Project Coordinator Opportunity

Secure the future of water across South East Queensland by delivering innovative projects with a focus on customer satisfaction, collaboration, and effective management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in construction and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with governance procedures and coordinating stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage project controls including cost tracking, procurement, risk registers, change management, and contract administration for low-risk contracts.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and systems, such as HP Content Manager and Teambinder, overseeing task assignments, decision registers, and action tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reporting to prepare performance updates on cost, schedule, and forecasts.
About You:
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience in complex project environments, managing successful project deliveries and work packages.
  • Highly developed written communication and computer literacy skills, including proficiency in project management systems, resource scheduling tools, and MS Suite applications.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or technical fields (Tertiary or Advanced Diploma level).
  • A valid Class C Driver's License.
