SAP Production Expert

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of production and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in either Heavy or Automotive manufacturing industries, with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing. Proficiency in SAP is required, particularly in developing engineering and production BOMs and Production routing using SAP.
- Lead the development and execution of production and process improvement initiatives
- Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) management to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements
- Coordinate change management activities to support high-quality, efficient implementation strategies
- Apply modern manufacturing methodologies to enable successful large-scale facility expansions
- Advise on and implement best practices for production sequencing and SAP-based manufacturing management
- Prepare and maintain detailed production and manufacturing documentation
- Manage and deliver complex projects within defined budget and timeline constraints
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of approved enhancements
- Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve throughput
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in either Heavy or Automotive manufacturing industries
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Mechanical, electrical, Process, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
- Proficient in SAP
- Experience in structuring, routing, and releasing manufacturing
- Collaborative mindset and good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing engineering and production BOMs and Production routing using SAP
