Job Summary

As a Senior Psychologist with expertise in Critical Incident Management Support and trauma support, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. This senior position requires an experienced professional to assess clients presenting concerns and related risk, provide short-term solution-focused therapy to identify goals and offer appropriate skills and strategies.

This role involves counseling services for individuals with various presenting issues, working autonomously with clients, and ensuring best practice in client work. Additionally, you will develop networks with internal and external subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' mental health needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Deliver short-term therapy to address clients' immediate concerns and promote long-term well-being.
  • Counsel individuals on managing trauma and developing coping strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in psychological assessment and intervention.
  • Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis management.
