Peter Mac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts and Finance Officer to join our IMCT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in contract management, procurement, and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of contracts and payments, ensuring compliance with Peter Mac policies and procedures.
- Assist with coordinating vendors, procurement requests, contracts, licenses, and other agreements associated with IMCT projects and ongoing operations.
- Support budget preparation, invoice processing, and monitoring actual spend, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide administrative and support services to the IMCT department, including review and audits, to ensure seamless operations.
- Qualification in Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or at least 5 years of work experience in these fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with professional and administrative staff, building strong working relationships.
- Experience in ICT procurement processes, including tenders and contracts, and a strong understanding of audit processes and evidence requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a willingness to seek advice and direction when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based computers and desktop software products, including Microsoft SharePoint.
