Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to join our team at Marsden Park, supporting our procurement strategy and ensuring seamless delivery.

The successful candidate will manage both Head and Subcontract variation, subcontractor and supplier claims process, and contract finalisation tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.

A key requirement is to work closely with the team to compile monthly reports, helping us achieve our goals.

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration, particularly in major building developments.

You will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a close-knit team environment, with resilience to tackle any obstacle. Desirable requirements include:

  • A Construction Degree
  • 3 - 6 years of commercial experience on site
  • Experience using CHEOPS, Aconex and similar construction software (training provided)

What We Offer

An estimated salary for this role is around AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
