This is a challenging opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a book of commercial insurance clients and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions across multiple lines, including motor, property, liability, and financial lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and service excellence
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
- Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Assist with claims management and client advocacy during the claims process
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in account management and the ability to manage a book independently.
