Role Description

We are looking for a like-minded, service-oriented insurance broker with 4+ years of experience in insurance broking.

This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Insurance Broker. Responsibilities include advising clients on insurance matters, managing insurance portfolios, identifying client needs, recommending appropriate insurance products and quotes, liaising with underwriters, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves advising clients, handling account management tasks, and ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions.

We seek an experienced and driven Account Executive to manage and develop a portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-focused individual with a strategic mindset to manage client relationships and improve business growth.

Work with our internal claim officer to assist claims and achieve the best outcomes when there is a claim.

Identify and obtain new business opportunities via nurturing customer relationships and networking.

Qualifications
  • Insurance Brokerage and Insurance skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Minimum Tier 1 in insurance broking; Tier 1 in underwriting will be considered for the right candidate
  • Ability to speak other languages such as Mandarin is a plus
