Job Opportunity:

Gain exposure to a diverse market offer in this exciting role with a well-established Asset Management business.

  • Develop rapport with clients, attending meetings and managing correspondence on behalf of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation, administrative support for the wholesale offer, and distribute marketing materials for meetings and functions.
  • Provide philanthropic service administration, including investment reporting, bank feeds, and record keeping.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for client and ancillary fund trustee meetings.

This role requires a proactive individual with solutions-driven outcomes, looking to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service. Previous experience in a similar or related role is essential, along with knowledge of financial markets products and excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
