About the Role

The Analyst position plays a crucial role in CAV's Underquoting Taskforce, addressing unfair and deceptive underquoting practices that mislead buyers in the residential real estate market.

Analysts conduct data analysis tasks and projects, focusing exclusively on underquoting, and produce intelligence outputs to support CAV's strategic and operational goals.

They help ensure compliance and enforcement activities are intelligence-led, examining allegations of underquoting and identifying matters for compliance action.

About You

To be considered, you must possess the following skills:

  • Data analysis and production of quality intelligence products to inform compliance decision-making for CAV priorities.
  • Participation in triage operations, examining underquoting allegations and identifying matters for compliance action.
  • Contribution to complex risk-based analyses and reports, providing high-quality insights and innovative thinking.
  • Effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote information sharing and partnerships.
