Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our Energy and Utilities team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing finance team, drive financial strategy and performance, and ensure effective controls across a large and complex portfolio.

You will partner closely with General Managers and operational teams to establish strategic plans and deliver financial outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing the finance team, fostering capability, cross-skilling, and career progression.

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
  • Support distressed projects, providing strong financial oversight and recovery support.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to ensure that bids meet relevant financial criteria and that the feedback loop operates effectively.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CPA/CA required).
  • 10+ years' experience in financial/project accounting within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
