Job Title: Senior Finance Executive


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic objectives and delivering strong financial outcomes.

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing finance team, leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and controls. You will partner with operational teams to establish strategic plans and deliver financial outcomes.

You will drive financial strategy and performance, ensuring effective controls are in place across a large, complex portfolio. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a vital part of our business, working alongside senior stakeholders across finance, commercial, growth, and operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CPA/CA required).
  • 10+ years' experience in financial/project accounting within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of long-term contracts and commercial complexities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across senior levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and significant exposure to ERP systems (JDE or SAP ideal).
  • Experience with reporting/analytics tools (TM1, HFM; Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, confident, and insightful commentary.
