An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced, energetic, customer focussed, and detail orientated Venue Manager to lead our team of hospitality professionals at ST. ALi in South Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark as a leader in the Melbourne hospitality scene and continue to build on the legacy that the ST ALi institution has built since 2005.

As an individual you will have:

- A hands-on, energetic & dynamic personality
- you thrive being the face of a venue and delivering genuine hospitality
- A proven track record and experience in a similar fast pace role
- Ability to lead, train and develop a big team
- Passion and experience with quality coffee, food and wine
- An trained eye for detail, coupled with big picture thinking
- Honesty, integrity, persistence & determination

Successful applicants will also need:

- High personal and organisational standards
- Exceptional people management and communication skills
- A positive and motivating attitude
- Drive to maximise sales and venue performance
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Flexible availability
- Specialty Coffee knowledge a bonus
