We are seeking a leader that loves the premium food scene and is ready to make a career move to one of South Yarra's leading premium restaurants. Fantastic opportunity to advance your wine knowledge. Working with an award winning consultant sommelier our client has has a extensive and impressive wine list.

As the supervisor you will take the lead with daily shift running, assisting with recruitment & training, troubleshooting service issues, creating memorable guest experiences and training others how to do so, managing guest relations, hosting & managing the reservation list, and being at the forefront of service. You will have the support you need to grow and up skill.

**Skills & Experience**
- 1+ year as a Supervisor, Assistant Venue Manager, or Duty Manager in a medium to high volume environment
- Supervisor experience is essential, preferably someone who understands sequence of service
- Confident in running sections in a alacarte restaurant
- Team focused and standards driven
- Can switch between slow to very busy service as the venue fluctuates in trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to motivate teams and mentor less experienced staff
