We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our front office team as a Front Office Manager.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing daily banking and end-of-day reconciliation, overseeing guest check-in and check-out procedures, and coordinating bookings and managing third-party reservations from platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, and Hotelbeds.
You'll also maintain and update the property management system, process rent receipts, generate invoices, and track payments accurately. Additionally, you'll prepare reports and documentation for mid and end-of-month processes, manage staff rosters, leave records, and shift planning, and coordinate inventory and supply orders.
If you have a proven track record in a front office leadership role within a busy hotel or resort environment, strong financial and business acumen, and a demonstrated ability to support and implement business strategy and drive operational improvements, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:- Manage daily banking and end-of-day reconciliation
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate bookings and manage third-party reservations

- Current First Aid, CPR, and RSA certifications
