
Front Office Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Operations Manager to oversee daily front office functions and supervise staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest services, front desk operations, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and meeting customer expectations. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize tasks and achieve objectives.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staffing levels to meet operational needs and financial objectives. Ensure regular communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives and expectations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest problems and complaints. Empower employees to deliver excellent service and observe their behaviors to provide feedback.
- Project Management: Implement customer recognition programs, train staff on credit policies, and supervise same-day selling procedures to maximize room revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in guest services, front desk operations, or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
