Job Title: Support Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. A Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

In addition to your qualifications and experience, you must possess a valid driver's license, comprehensive car insurance, and a National Police Check. You will also need to undergo a NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (desirable).
