Job Title: Disability Service Coordinator

The role involves providing expert advice and guidance on disability-related matters. You will be responsible for analysing participant records, working with participants and their representatives to identify current circumstances and spending patterns.


You must have previous experience in a related field, such as a Planner or Support Coordinator. A background in disability or public sector is highly regarded. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing participant records to make funding decisions
  • Working with participants and their representatives via telephone communication
  • High quality record keeping, including competency with IT systems
  • Research and review of decisions and management of moderately complex cases
  • Completing administrative and data entry tasks relating to participants

The successful candidate will hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to complete a federal police check.


This is a casual 12-month temporary assignment with full-time hours, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is $43.82 + super, with multiple locations available in Parramatta and Wollongong.
