Disability Services Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced NDIS Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to people living with disabilities.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week for 12 months. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, and driving a culture of care and excellence within the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of NDIS services, including participant intake, service coordination, and staff management.

  • Implementing efficient systems and processes to ensure smooth operations and effective auditing.

  • Maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and records that meet NDIS standards.

  • Fostering strong relationships with participants, families, and external stakeholders.

  • Modeling and championing person-centred care in every aspect of service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within healthcare, disability, or aged care.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, healthcare, or social services.

  • Strong knowledge of NDIS standards, funding models, and audit processes.

  • Experience delivering person-centred services and preparing for NDIS audits.

  • Familiarity with NDIS systems, including PRODA.
