We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects that drive strategic planning and delivery of meaningful change across national initiatives.


About the Role

This role involves coordinating and supporting a range of projects aligned with our mission to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have experience in agile project management methodologies and be able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist with project management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on project processes and best practices.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and contribute to reporting on project outcomes.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials including business cases, briefs, and executive reports.
  • Monitor risks and issues, and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external networks.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make evidence-informed decisions.
