Job Title: Program Manager

Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Program Director to lead a dynamic finance transformation program with a prominent client.

  • Create a project plan that ensures the successful implementation of MS Dynamics.
  • Determine the program budget and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and a leading consulting firm.
  • Work with the PMO team to track the program schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • Ensure the program is delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and report progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Essential:
    • Multiple project streams management experience.
    • MS Dynamics implementation experience.
    • Agile environment experience.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in AR, AP, and procurement modules.
    • Industry expertise in property, retirement living, aged care, or disability care.
