Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Wholesale Dispositions Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales through wholesale marketing, direct prospecting, and building lists of investor buyers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. They must also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network with potential investors, send email blasts, make cold calls, and follow up to sell properties and contracts.
  • Increase the list of potential investor buyers through creative measures such as investor meetups, Facebook videos, and video emails.
  • Match real estate investors with properties that fit their business needs.
  • Increase the investor base through outbound prospecting calls.
  • Work with cash buyers to schedule consultations through texting.
  • Market new wholesale properties to all cash buyers using texting platforms.
  • Follow up with VIP buyer lists for every new wholesale property.
  • Handle incoming leads to service their needs and gather their qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good organizational abilities.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good people skills.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Negotiation experience.
  • High school diploma.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • 20 conversations with cash buyer investors per week.
  • 3 new qualified cash buyers added to the VIP wholesale buyer list per week.
  • 1 new investor buyer consultation scheduled per week.
  • Contact all incoming sales leads within 20 minutes of lead coming in.
  • 8 showings on wholesale inventory from current and past leads this week.
  • 5 or more offers generated per week.
  • 2 wholesale contracts generated per week to turn over to disposition manager.
