Overview
Resident Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator role at Infinite Aged Care. Based at the Knoxfield facility in Victoria. The role supports resident care and engagement, working Monday to Friday with nursing and resident engagement teams in a safety-first workplace.
Responsibilities
Provide resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.
Collaborate with nursing and resident engagement teams to deliver quality care and engagement activities.
Support residents and their families, contributing to a positive and interactive living environment.
Assist with lifestyle activities and group events, encouraging resident participation.
Maintain safe practices to prevent trips, falls, or injuries and support overall resident safety.
Qualifications
Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care); Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is also eligible with this role.
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (essential to work in the Aged Care sector) or willingness to obtain.
Excellent safety awareness, ability to be a proactive observer of resident safety needs.
Positive teamwork attitude, reliable time management, and adherence to safety procedures in a shift-driven environment.
Passion for making a difference in elderly care and ability to build rapport with residents and co-workers.
Display a positive, friendly personality to encourage resident involvement in lifestyle and group activities.
