  • Preparing ROs, invoicing, and following up on services
  • Making outbound calls as required and responding to inbound calls promptly
  • Offering transparent advice and guidance
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Utilizing manufacturer-based programs to maintain accuracy

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Service Advisor or equivalent role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Potential to mentor and train junior staff
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Prior experience with Pentana is advantageous
